One of the benefits of listing a home with me is my narrated video tours. My video tours include aerial footage, as I am a FAA Certified Remote Pilot. It is illegal to operate a drone for commerical purposes without an FAA certification. By producing all videos and conducting all drone operations myself, my home sellers get the same first-class marketing, regardless of the list price of their home.

As you know, I had previously engaged the services of two different agents at prominent firms in Amherst since initially listing the house for sale in 2011. "Our home had been on the market with another agent who wasn’t delivering the results we needed to get our Belchertown home sold. Our listing then expired in the middle of winter and our outlook was grim. I had suffered an injury that put a financial strain on our family.
